David R. Cardamone, Esq.
I pride myself on being my client’s partner though the divorce process. I take the time to understand my client’s needs—not just their wants—and to provide them with as much knowledge and information and as many options as possible. I always aim for efficient, cost-effective and creative solutions. I whole-heartedly believe that the parties/parents inherently know what is best for their family, and that if they seek win/win solutions while being mindful of the other parties’ needs, they will achieve results which are far superior than what a stranger in a black robe can offer.

Janice Davis Miller, Esq.
After practicing Family Law as a litigator for over 20 years, I became disillusioned with the litigation process and the way it harmed families, particularly the children of divorcing parents. Seeking another path for my clients, I discovered the Collaborative Divorce Process, which I believe offers a more humane way to assist families through a divorce. It allows couples to divorce with respect, dignity and control over their lives and future in a manner that is less costly than litigation.
